The Houston Rockets arrive in Milwaukee with a pristine 4-0 record, looking to extend their winning streak to five games against the Milwaukee Bucks. This matchup serves as the team’s first genuine trial by fire, moving beyond early-season opponents to face a competitive Eastern Conference contender. The stakes are high for Houston as they seek to validate their early momentum and prove their depth can withstand the physicality and pace of a top-tier NBA team.
Kevin Durant and co. face a tough Bucks squad in their first true test of the season.
On the court, the Rockets will rely on the veteran leadership of Kevin Durant and the dynamic playmaking of Fred VanVleet to orchestrate the offense. Amen Thompson and Jabari Smith Jr. provide crucial defensive versatility, while Tari Eason anchors the paint. Conversely, the Bucks present a formidable challenge with their own star power, featuring Tyler Herro and Kyle Kuzma in the frontcourt, supported by the interior presence of Myles Turner and the sharpshooting of Jaime Jaquez Jr. Ryan Rollins adds a layer of defensive intensity that could disrupt Houston’s rhythm.
