The team delivered a decisive 24-7 victory over No. 16 USC, an upset that immediately silenced critics and ignited a wave of celebration among local supporters. The timing of the win ensured that the Badgers’ triumph dominated the local sports conversation, overshadowing the national baseball narrative for a significant portion of the Wisconsin fanbase.
While eyes turned to the World Series, Madison erupted as the Badgers dismantled No. 16 USC.
Social media platforms exploded with reactions as Badger fans processed the magnitude of the result.
